Nature of Services

All services are provided for spiritual guidance, personal insight, and energetic support. Sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice. Jessica does not diagnose illness, prescribe treatment, or predict death or catastrophic events.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing before, during, and after sessions.

Participation is voluntary. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and capable of making your own healthcare and life decisions.

State & Legal Disclaimer

Services provided by Hause of GuCHI are classified as spiritual and educational in nature. By booking, you acknowledge that sessions are offered as personal guidance and entertainment under applicable laws. No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Session Boundaries & Professional Conduct

Sessions are private and confidential. Clients are expected to communicate honestly and behave respectfully. Harassment, inappropriate language, sexual behavior, intimidation, or boundary violations will not be tolerated. Jessica reserves the right to immediately end a session without refund if professional boundaries are crossed. Jessica may decline or discontinue a session if a client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol or if the session compromises the integrity of the work.

Emotional Responsibility

Healing work may involve emotional release. By booking, you acknowledge responsibility for your emotional integration and aftercare. Ongoing support from licensed mental health professionals is encouraged when appropriate.

Emergency Mental Health Disclaimer

Jessica is not a licensed mental health professional and does not provide crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or thoughts of self-harm, contact emergency services immediately.

Distance Healing Consent

Clients acknowledge that energy healing and intuitive work may be performed remotely. By booking a virtual or distance session, you consent to receiving energetic work outside of physical proximity.

Recording & Media Consent

Sessions are confidential. Clients may request to record for personal use only. Recording or sharing publicly requires written permission.

Intellectual Property

All teachings, language, frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of Jessica. Content may not be copied or distributed without written consent.

Minors Policy

Services are provided exclusively to clients 18 years or older unless written guardian consent is provided.

Cancellation, Payment & Refund Policy

24 hours notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions may be charged in full. Payments are non-refundable once a session has taken place.

Privacy Notice

All personal information is confidential and used only for scheduling and client care. Information is never sold or shared with third parties.
